Gonna guess like most first run shirts, it's gonna depend on how it sells.

Due to an unfortunate (but ultimately brilliant) accident the first 10 or so rolls of the new denim were woven with the wrong weft…..Doh.  It came out lighter in weight than we wanted.  So that has delayed things a little, I'm hoping to see finished samples when I am in Japan in 4 weeks or so, and see general availability March-ish.

Why the brilliance?  Because we have a 13 or so ounce vintage type denim to make shirts from....Feckin BOOM....

Double brilliant. I like a lot. When you say vintage type, what does that refer to?

At the risk of appearing dumb, does that mean traditional weave with white weft, that isn't specifically designed to create high contrasts? If so, that sounds ace.

So we might see an IHSH-33-VIN? Either way I want one already….

60 degrees is equivalent of a warm wash I'd imagine. It'll shrink unsanforized jawns meaningfully and cotton shirts too. 90 degrees will fuck most of your shit up beyond repair.

It will shrink wool, especially Merino or Cashmere, but I am being pedantic… I know you are refering to most IH gear.

Tru dat ^ And that is also where your 30 degrees comes in.

Nice. As what you can lack in high contrast fades can be made up with really nice mid blue colour once the denim is truly broken in and washed a few times.

….and as giles will tell you, alot of the shrinkage comes from the agitation of the cotton fibres in the washing machine drum.
