WOW. I love Hiwatts. That thing looks like it could vaporize a buffalo from 300 yards away. Beautiful.

It can do exactly that haha! I had to drive 3000km to get it home, but its been a joy to record and play with. There's not much of this stuff around anymore, so I get my hands on it when I can. The 4x15 its sitting on is just as hard to find.

I think I will… I'm probably going to sew them by hand so I can (obsessively) match the pattern of the pre-existing stitches of the waist band and in the fly.

The tough part is going to be finding some flannel pajama pants that are worthy to go inside a pair of iron hearts. I hate the way certain flannel gets pills, so I need to find something that won't.

It is not going to be cold here for another 6 months. And I probably will wear these as my work around the house pants, so I can enjoy them a while longer.

I agree.  I now understand how he was able to annihilate 25 oz. IH's in just over 2 years.  The guy skis and climbs Kilimanjaro in them.

Thanks, yeah after 835 wear days they're showing some denim evolution now! Let's see how much longer they can survive at my legs ha ha
I'll probabably have to downgrade them soon as my outdoor and work pants only before my boss will fire me ha ha

Otherwise I'll loose my job
