Kicked off college football last night with a few good beers!

Jester King Hibernal Dichotomous, cellared for I think about 9 months.
Delicious, much more mellow than it was initially in January.

Oskar Blues Ten Fidy. Never had anything from this brewery before, this one didn't disappoint.
Luckily I've got three more cans to enjoy.

Ten Fidy… Need to re-visit... I had this back when I wasn't that much into cans... I know: pretty dumb... I love cans now

I think that's possibly why I had slept on Oskar Blues for so long, that and just not really knowing what they're about.
Nothing wrong with cans at all, lots of the good local Austin breweries distribute cans solely.

I will never accept cans, I'm afraid. Good beer deserves a bottle. Plus, I swear I can taste a difference.

Tried out this last night. Made in Kent UK.
Nice coffee and brazil nut kinda flavours, not strong enough and a touch too bitter maybe…

Think I am going to have to seek out some of the Imperial style stouts….

If you want to go for a full bodied stout and you are in the UK try the brew dog tokio. I really enjoyed it the one time I came across here in North America.
