You gotta soak.  In fact, I had to put mine through a 30 degree wash to get all the shrinkage out of it….G

Did you help design this shirt?  I really like it!!  Will the XXL shrink to the size of a normal iron heart XL or does the XL shrink to the size of a normal iron heart XL?  Just want to make sure I understand the forum correctly.  Thanks G another great item.

TinMan.  Yes I did.  They come oversize, so they shrink to approx normal IH tagged size.  So if you are an L, buy an L.  G
