no way. i've always set it to not alternate criss-cross because it's not in order. it just doesn't feel right. mild ocd tendencies…

seems visually balanced for me in a way that it has a smooth flow from your toe to your ankle. it's an uninterrupted kinda flow.

Over under lacing is considered by most footwear retailers to be more visually appealing than the criss-cross…

Personally, I've had to lace a lot of sneakers/ boots (many times for G) and found over under is faster, easier and in the long-term reduces wear and tear…

Actually lacing 5 pairs of Nike sneakers as I type!
