The First Zip is obviously the least cool denim jacket ever.

I went back and forth between the Rider and the Type II.  Just barely got edged out.

I went with the First Zip because I'm a lazy man and find zips more convenient. Plus I need hand warmer pockets for convenience because I walk everywhere and need to carry stuff.

I also went with the First Zip. Cord details are awesome, and bi-swing pleated shoulders are practical. Riding your bicycle in a Type III sucks.. Too bad I had to return the First Zip. One of the coolest IH jackets I've handled.

I am an owner….  Had to go with Type II though.  As much as I love the Type I the II is just a bit better to me.

I love my IH First Zip Duck, I also love my IH Type 3 OD…both work perfectly on my motorcycle. The First Zip works a little easier of course

Consider the following: the Type I was a necessary evolution step to evolve into the Type II which evolved consequently into the Type III. Gotta be thankful somehow ;D.
