    @apba1166:

    I think the 816 is a great pair of pants. Versatile, durable. I like the fit. Be nice to have it in other fabrics: herringbone or twill or a colored denim or whatnot….might have to slim them just a tad if a lighter weight.

    We currently have them in 3 colours of duck, black Wabash and soon the double indigo duck. And the IH-707 chino is the same cut….

            Unlikely to happen.  The cord (which was my idea), sold really slowly…

                  Did we ever say we would do these?

                    I thought you confirmed it in the 634SV-thread? Would be awesome!

                      Ah OK.  We may do, but not in the short term.

                        Great, the 634 deserves definitely an 18 oz-treatment as well :).

                          I've just sent email to retailers checking their interest.

                            Hopefully they'll jump on the 18-oz-bandwagon. How's your personal rating though?

                              I do not know why I have not made these before, the 18oz is my fave IH denim…But I have so many new cuts and denims, that it keeps getting forgotten....

                                …the 18oz is my fave IH denim...

                                Not kissing your arse (dream on), but you're probs right… Love the 18oz denim... Only handled it (too) briefly with a pair of IHxB01RAWs for a couple of weeks, but loved it...

                                Would love an 816-ish  work pants model (high rise, 634 thigh, 777 LO) in that...

                                  Would go for a pair of 634 in 18 oz….if the rise wasn't too short!!! It's the nicest denim overall I think.

                                    The 18 oz is simply superb: everything made of it becomes brilliant (so does a raw jacket in the far far future ;)).

                                          I'd love to see a version of the 816 with patch back pockets, sort of like a chino-jean hybrid.  I've seen a few other brands offer something similar and an IH take would be great.
