First of two Norwegian collabs with Garage Project from NZ that I'll be drinking this weekend. This one was far too nice. Probably just too classy for me. I think I like my beer like my women. In your face and dirty…..

Gave up on the Hanssens - too sour. Figured my palate was ready for another sour bomb… Mighty intruiging beer...

I just really love something about Orval's bottle design.
Would drink one of these every single day if I could! I'm glad I'm seeing it pop up in more stores here.

Just went and checked, August of 2014. Is that a beer better enjoyed as fresh as possible?
                          Also had this last night:

Gotta say it wasn't my favorite. Too sweet and no real distinctive flavor that stood out to me.
                          Maybe a dud?

Not a fan of the Udder either…

Orval: this is a beer you can drink fresh, aged, and also cellared for 10 years... Indestructible... I've heard it gets a tad more sour as it ages (Bretts killing the sugars I guess)...

That Orval glass is great, gotta get one of those sometime!

Seul you and I should do a trade sometime, although I'm sure it'd be significantly more from the US to Europe and vice versa. But I might be able to get you some Atrial Rubicite or something sweet from Jester King or any of the southern US breweries down the road!
