Thanks for the comments @tmg @Finn666 @Bluegrass and @louisbosco
I love my home. Even though it is far from perfect. Lots of temporary solutions that pretty much has become permanent.
We need a new sofa. But with small children I guess we should wait a little. -
Your home looks like a beautiful light space @nizzel55 , I love that you can tell that it is a family home, comfortable and full of love.

finally stepped up my furniture game and got me some eames fiberglas chairs
…gonna cop two more rocking base legs for the other two eames armchairs and for the standard side chairs, i'll be adding some nice wooden legs, which are ~4-5cm longer than the standard h-base legs later on...gonna use them as my new chairs to sit at the dinner table!
pretty happy with the outcome i have to say@Finn666 wow, am late to read this! How many shells did you end up copping? Looks like between 2 and 8. (4 LAR's 4 DSR's). Really nice buy solid investment too!

OK, it's not my house. But this has just been listed in Sydney, and it's a cool mid-century design by Harry Seidler.

Not mine (again), but this is the very pointy Acute House by Oof! Architecture.
I heard about the place in a news article a few years ago. At the time it looked rather different, and was a somewhat less desirable residence…
The dilapidated façade is heritage listed, and so was dismantled. It's ultimately going to be refitted onto the new building. This is the architect's rendering.
It's probably my favourite new build project in Melbourne. I've popped past the site a few times when I've been down that way to watch it progress.

Our Tokyo condo (before we actually moved in….)

I need the fridge!!! @Graeme
Still a lot to do:
-
Just visited another flat… Insta-love... Can't find anything negative, really... Plus the cutest lesbian couple now lives there... Psychologically, it's much easier for me to move into a pad that's been inhabited by cute people...
Clean, modern, roomy, lotsa light, energy-efficient as fuck, private storage space (big as a cellar, and pretty cool temperature as well),... Yep: could live there... Who's coming over to help me move?..
You can check here... Just imagine it with less garbage and nicer furniture (all 2ndhand this time)...

I would if I were a few thousand miles closer.
-
I know you would - and you'd have unlimited access to my fridge(s) as well… Maybe it's worth the trip...
I still can't fathom how some people can take such bad pics of the living premises they're trying to sell/ let... The living room/ kitchen is pretty fucking huge... With four huge windows... Beautiful old building, totally renovated... Classy... And they make it look like a doghouse after a party with too much booze and too little pussy...
