nice fit @enell .  having just soaked my 666SIs and 666LBs I now have to decide which to start with… leaning towards the SIs I think, mainly thanks to Alex's ridic evo pics.  big decision as we're talking many months of wearing here!

Clearly my hot soaking skills are terrible… didn't fit well after the soak, so threw them in the washing machine without detergent at 40 degrees and got some proper shrinkage, so these fit me well at the waist and thigh now.  The patch suffered a bit and has some light surface cracking but I have put a layer of Obenauf's on so hopefully will be all good.

I am in love with the evo pics of Alex's pair over on the original indigo/indigo thread so plan to go with these as my next jeans.  Can already see light evo after just a few days, I think they will fade pretty quickly relative to most other IH offerings (except the LBs... )

Gave my 666II's a quick soak while offshore at work and rigged up this up under the AC vent way to dry them.  They were totally dry in <10 hours.

Clint, I'm breaking in my Loom breakers offshore. The engine room in the summer doesn't seem to be forgiving tho. If I'm working with fuel/lube/waste oil I try and change them, I might have to get over that and just give them the worst.

@rocket my patch looked the same and was really dry so I used some Red Wing natural boot oil on it. Worked perfect

but right mine was also super desert dry after soak and air dry, so did that as well…

@Jim1077 Which floater are you on?  I say just wear them and give them a shower soak when they start stinking or if they get filthy.  I wear mine pretty much daily and do the same but then again, I do get a fair amount of ass time so you'll most likely see much more evo than I will.

I purchased it yesterday… purchased true to size...usual size 32 (other jeans), purchased tag size 31. Hot soak in highest temperature tap could generate for an 1 or so. Agitated a bit to remove maximum shrinkage.

Lost an inch on the waist, 30 inch after soak, 2/2.5 inch on the inseam and around 0.75 inch on the hem.

Bit tight to wear now ...but the waist is stretching fast..

Looking forward to enjoy the experience.
