Someone PLEASE get a photo of @501/IH. Been talking to him for years and he always seems to dodge the camera at events. PS sounds like an awesome day, enjoy boys! I've thought about a selvedge tattoo for a while, but not sure if it'd look ironic or lame which means it's a no go..

Gonna finish the right upper arm in 4 weeks, but in the meantime I could have some work done on my left forearm -

The first years it was something special, I was so excited days before the appointment. Now it's different, i wake up and don't wanna go haha I always show up too late and stuff like that.
But in June I visit a new shop and I am really looking forward to it. Finally I'll get a tattoo from Fabian Nitz and maybe Kreuzberg Peter!

9/10 heavily tattooed guys I know, including literally every artist agrees with the statement "Every time I sit down in the chair and get started, I ask myself 'why the hell do you keep doing this?'"
Anytime someone tells me they like getting tattooed I basically file it under "I love the nuclear hot chicken wings" / "Leg day is my favorite day of the week" section of my brain.
Well to put this straight, I'm no more looking forward to getting tattooed. I'm not crazy enough to embrace the pain. But now that I'm in the process of having my old 1980s tats covered and something awesome is happening with my upper body (;)) I really can't wait for the next appointments. So this is what I mean when saying "I like it".
It's gonna be a long tattoo-less summer… but I'm definitely not making appointments while it's nice and warm. Already missed 2 tennis league matches because of getting tattooed. -
I'm going to continue my arm next tuesday…then 2 weeks until the back continues and this will repeat at least 7 times. No, I don't like the act of getting tattooed (in fact I fear the day she'll fill my cheeks) but I still look forward to the results. But people who tell me that they embrace the pain or the like (and probably have just a biceps tattoo) crack me up.

I just get my headphones on with some Metallica and zone out. 6 hours is my limit time wise.

7.5 hours in one session is the most that ive had done. It fucking sucked. Especially when he took the big shader to my elbow…..
Keen to get the otherside done but the thought of gettin it done gives me the chills!

(coming on tuesday).So far, 9 hours was my Limit (chest), but 1 hour buttcheeks was worse than that.

Thats hardcore. You need to get the elbows done dude. Aesthetically (imho) i always think that it looks awesome and really completes a sleeve.
My mate is currently getting his chest done (for free, the bastard). He keeps putting off any further progress after the chap literally coloured in one of his nipples black and took the big liner to the other nipple. Apparently the whole thing is going to take about fifty hours as he is 6'7".
He said that the chest was by far the worse thing he has experienced…..
