The seat    … amazing!

Don't see the red W on the seat,  would be nice detail. Now seeing how you have a denim seat cover, a tank with a leather strap would be a beautiful accent.

I am jealous of anyone who has the time, materials and knowledge to build a full blown bike.

I would throw in flares of long time collaboration businesses that use unique, rare and perfectly crafted material, really show off IH and the bike, but that's me.
