Yeah … that's definitely an addiction!
I need (at least) once a month a new fix of garments or shoes, etc. - otherwise I get jittery and moody.
My wallet hates me and I quit all my other hobbies and broke with my family and all the social contacts ...
O.k. - the last words are a joke (partly)

Likewise - I consider it my (expensive) hobby, which I get to enjoy on a daily basis, by wearing nice clothes/shoes.  I also enjoy the pursuit of new purchases, and I appreciate the craftsmanship of a well-made garment.

My expensive hobby used to be cars & tools - now it's clothes/shoes.
