What's the sizing like on them bl@ster? Look great!

I think they run TTS. But you could get away with going a half size down if you wear thinner socks.

Hi Bl@ster, are these normal thin suede or rough-outs please?

Also, some shots of the sand suede Service Boot:

Picked up a pair of these for work since the steel toe started shifting in the RW I'm currently wearing. Was hoping to make them last until I could jump on a Wesco build, but can't complain too much considering I got these almost half off.

Will throw up pics once I receive them.

Pretty comfortable out of the box, hardly notice the steel toes

8 hours standing in them says these are definitely keepers. Steel toe is almost unnoticeable and I typically have issues with them. Tempted to apply some LP to prevent them from taking up too much of the oils I work with.

Had these for about 2 years now.  They've had a coat of Obenauf LP when they were new, and a new set of laces about a year ago, but other than that I don't do too much to take care of them:

Just procured: A pair of Chipps from the "Reserve" Collection, in Burgundy CXL and retro outsole pattern. These are different from the regular "Original" line and were hard to track down.

Better leather, better insole, different outsole pattern.

I picked these up a while back.  LL Bean/Chippewa.  Found them at the ll outlet for $50.  I bought them because it was too good a deal to pass up.    I didn't really wear them much but I pulled them out a few weeks ago and I've been wearing them every day.  They're great boots.  The only real difference between these and the normal Chippewa service boot is they aren't stamped with the logo on the ankle.  The tongue is stamped with ll bean instead.  These also have a removable insole (which makes the boot for me, bad knees).  I'm not sure if the normal ones do or if they don't.  Maybe someone else can shed some light on that.    Great boot.  I lucked out on these but now having owned a pair I would buy another at full price.

Here's my appaches after about 2yrs of wear. The heel needs replacing, I walk hard on the outside corner of my heels so at this point they're pretty worn. Have treated them once or twice with red wing boot oil.

I needed a reasonable price winter boot and tried Chippewa. They're really well made, better looking than RW so far. Of course Wesco, Whites and Viberg have nicer & heavier leather, but for the price they're a great deal. I'll keep the black LTTs, they're super comfy from the start. 10 E fits me perfectly (10,5 in RW and Whites, 10 in Viberg).
