OK.  We think we will take the larger of the 2 units.  Rents the same, but rates are higher.  But we should be future-proofed for longer.  Should be in for FnC but possibly not all the building works will be completed.

Meanwhile, I'm usefully sorting out my own storage issues.  Paula calls it "pratting around"…..
