This is my sad story, today I measured my XXL as I am trying to sell this jacket it measures like L, all this time I was thinking I gained weight, after paying all that money
Pit to pit 22.5, length 26 and opening 20, dont know what to say -
If the jacket is not the size we publish then this is a problem, though I am a little surprised it has taken nearly a year for you to realise it was too small. As we said at the time of purchase, if the jacket does not fit we will willingly exchange it (as long as it is in as new condition with tags etc)…

We're sorry the jacket is smaller than expected, and doesn’t match our published measurements on the product webpage.
As you bought the jacket nearly a year ago, I’m surprised you didn’t come back to us sooner to allow us to help you, if the sizing is off then we would gladly have exchanged or refunded bearing all costs, and will still do that to save you losing on the jacket.
I've also replied to your email, so will look forward to your reply.

Is buying a jacket that feels tight straight away then washing it which will make it smaller again. Then waiting a year before claiming it doesn't match the published measurements…

Trust me you are not, I would have never measured it until today when this interested person asked me to measure it instead of pointing to IH measurement page.I was shocked to see the results. Ok when I received it it was hard shelled, I was able to button tho. I thought its stiffness so got few feedbacks here and decided to soak it in cold water and dry it in dryer, jacket was better, I could still button the jacket, i wanted it to stretch these little bit so slept in them for few days also started dieting and exercises to lose some weight but it did not happen, this jacket ended up in closet and i got busy, last month i gave it a last try but it didn't work, so posted here to sell it and now today this person asked me for the measurements gave me real shock, this jacket is almost new but better without that stiffness

Worst thing is "IH-526L"s are out of stock now, tried everything to fit in except measuring it, my head hurts!!!

@rohitsingh sorry IH-526L didn't work out for you. This jacket is being released in double indigo duck and in SBG denim later this summer, so either of those options might work out for you. I think the duck will be especially nice. Just keep them away from the dryer!

Unbelievable customer service, far above and beyond the call of duty.
@rohitsingh the problem with the jacket is certainly that you shrunk it in the dryer, sorry but that is what happened.
The published pit to pit measurement is 23.8", you have washed it and put it through a hot dryer, also it is one washed but not sanforised so therefore getting about an inch of shrinkage is not unreasonable to expect.

I am not sure about shrinkage but even before soak it was same fit only thing after wash it got comfortable a bit, also I did not dry it completely in dryer just enough to wear it again so it stretches out an inch while it still wet. Description states "Unsanforized but one-washed, so little or no shrinkage", What ever I should praise IH enough, though I never asked them to return due to these odd circumstances but they still offered help!!! This is all good!!! I wish I had better explanation, it is what it is

So it's no longer for sale? Is the pit to pit 23 or 22? If it's 23 I'd be happy 2 grab it. Oh & as far as customer service G$ & the crew always go above and beyond.
So I got this right how long did you own it? Folks shout from the mountain top when it's shifty customer service, but for this great customer service pretty sure we won't hear about it. . .
