Unfortunately, I do not know who you are in the order system, so it is not possible to 100% verify you were sent an email. But as @Madame Buttonfly is managing this I would be very surprised if you had not. Please check your spam folder and/or logon to the shop and have a look at your messages.

We expect the jeans to arrive in 7-10 days. As soon as we get them we’ll measure them and will create a webpage where you can:
- check the actual sizing
- confirm the size you want (same or different from pre-order)
- book free hemming (if required)
- pay the USD275 balance
We’ll send you the link to this webpage just as soon as we can!

Just waiting on arrival of the jeans so that we can measure them. They are due for delivery today - no idea if that will be 9am or 4pm but hopefully you'll be hearing from me later this afternoon or evening…

When the last comp was starting and you guys were searching for boxes of jeans in service stations made it even more special to be part of it.
