The guest house is already fairly booked up (probably for nearby wedding) so the five rooms available to us have gone to Ginger Magician, Trons, Twin, Rocket and T&A/Emil. I need to find another good guest house within staggering distance!

I have booked a room at the Premier Inn. I won't have a car, don't mind using Taxi's. Not to make a short story long, I'm not coming to Gosport for the hotel, so I will see you there.

I visited my local beer alchemist at the weekend, otherwise known as the single toothed lunatic who runs my local home brew centre. The purpose of the visit was to ask him to prepare for me a recipe for a double strength american style IPA, using only local ingredients, of which (if it's good), I will bring 40 pints to Fn'C for the mutual enjoyment of attendees.
Also, are you coming or what @Seul ?

ThanksOther places in Gosport all 1 to 3 miles good walk away, or a few mins by taxi (*good basic hotel, but taxi recommended as not a nice walk down main road with heavy traffic, **often get booked in advance on Saturdays because they are popular wedding venues)
