I am a bit surprised just how much more .comfortable they are than Converse. Both the center low & high are likely to find a permanent spot in my footwear rotation, and I'm typically not a sneaker guy.

No, but they look very similar as a matter of fact. They're just called Burgundy Cordovan Boots, I guess it's a make up between Tricker's & 14 oz. I couldn't even find pics in the web.
