Forgot to get a picture this morning but I'm back up a couple pounds.

I didn't snap a pic.  I was out of town all last week.  I'll snap one tomorrow.  I was down a lb after the trip though.

Down a few more after workouts this weekend. The best part is my 92 fits better now.  No straining snaps

Practically there.  Down 13.9 lbs. Crazy stress filled week didn't hurt, but probably not the healthiest way to lose weight.

Great one Mike! Been good seeing you get back into your healthy routine again also.

I dropped 8 pound last week with a serious bout of food poisoning that ended me up in a hospital over here in India. Think your stress related, while not nice, is a little better out of the two.

You said you'd been ill @Snowy, but I didn't realise it was that serious! Hope you're on the mend now, but that doesn't sound like a clever way of losing weight.
