Does anyone know where I could see how these age/fade? I can't seem to find any. I want to see how they fade before I buy. I heard left twill's fading tend to be a bit more blurry than right-hand twill.

I haven't been able to wear mine much until a few weeks ago, but the initial fading that is starting to come through now is a really nice electric blue. I'll try to get some photos up here soon

I apologize, but I have been travelling. If you check the 633 thread for this denim though a photo was recently posted of a pair much further along than mine, it has me excited for the future

These are starting to look really good. When you see them in person the electric blue in the faded areas is sick.

How much soak so you recommend for these?  I've never had such a rigid denim post-soak before - cant tell if it's because of the denim weight (my pevious pairs have all been 15-16oz) or because of the loomstate?  so far its done 60min in tub with a few minutes of gentle agitation (as hot as my apt water gets - I can keep my hand in it for a short period of time).  I then drained half the tub and replaced it with more hot water to soak for another 30 min.  Enough of a first soak?

It sounds like more than enough… Did you lose a lot of indigo?

surprisingly little actually!  i got a single ring around the tub, but the water looked barely bluer than when i started.  and the denim's still VERY dark.
