Muay Thai seminar fundraiser. My friend and training partner was in an ATV accident and has severe burns. The community got together and put on a great event. Low key, but a solid buttkicker.

Most springs for the past few years the brewery I work for has done a canoe/kayak trip from our brewpub down to our production facility a few towns away via an inland waterway up here. It's a 26ish mile route that goes through four rivers and four lakes.
A friend and I attempted to make a go of the route on a solar powered canoe setup with a trolling motor this afternoon. The wind wasn't with us (it was far to rough on the first lake) but it was a great fecking day. Can't wait for try number two…

It may not look like much, but the water on Lake Bellaire was rough enough that it was coming over the sides of the canoe…
Looking a lot calmer back upstream though…
Parked up in the grass to charge up for a minute and adjust a few things…
Tons of peoples docks have been submerged due to an exceptionally wet fall and higher than normal water levels…

Real talk though, I'm just hoping for the sun and wind to agree with us on the same day in the near future. Winter is fast approaching up here and I'd like to try before the temp really starts dropping…My buddies been working on this project for a while and his plans for next season are kind of crazy. His goal for next season is to get someone up on waterskis behind the canoe, with a number of modifications of course...

NFL at Wembley today. My first live game of American football. Really enjoyed it even if I didn't know what was going on all the time.
Much more of a event than the English football matches.
Some random bits which really confused me, the match would stop then they would have this guy DJ'ing then bring out people throwing t-shirts into the crowd. For no real reason.
