Wear a 33 in the 555-03, they were a struggle at first. Same size in these or size up… They seem to run a tad smaller?

imho u should go with the same size.  21oz denim is very forgiving a pliable. . . unless of course you want a more relaxed fit.

I went true to size, same as all my IH denim, and these are actually roomier in the top block.  And they are pliable (they stretch).  But I don't have the 555-03 to compare.

These were a struggle for me too at first. I sized one inch small in the waist, and the waist is perfect now. From the thigh down remains fairly snug.

I'm really interested in 555-01 or 02 but I'm lost about sizing. I wear Samurai 710xx in size 32 and they are a little roomy everywhere. Anyone here who also have samurai 710xx?

I'm a 34 in 710 and a 34 in the 555-01.  Completely different fits obviously.  The 510 grips the knee, while the 710 doesn't.  I could probably size up in the 555, but the waist might be loose.

Thank you! It sounds like I should order sz 32 then. Was thinking about go for sz31 but I maybe need to rethink that.
