Does the IHSH-31 follow the sizing of the IHSH-24?

since it's not "wrinkled" I would assume it's more regular in sizing

I really like the lined cuffs and pockets.  I wish this were a standard feature on all flannels.

I would suspect an indigo or black cotton twill.  But I aint got them here yet….
