If it behaves like the SH 72 there is barely any shrinkage. But inbetween two sizes sizing up is a good idea cause the fabric is so thick. I learned the hard way by exchanging my L for XL.

Take the L, its just a little shorter, if you need more length, take the XL.

I went for an XL. I got long arms. The L would probably be a bit on the short side.
Really hope I took  the right decision.

I am 187 cm and 80kg and I got long arms.

got IHSH-62 in L
and IHSH-76 in XL (mostly using it for layering)
