And to your previous insights, jackie17, you're absolutely right about MEM's depth. That's why their starters have to play such big minutes. They just can't score without them. I think they're really regretting that Rudy Gay trade, right now.

The Spurs, on the other hand, have such an efficient offensive system that they can plug in and carry on. It also helps that Parker and Ginobli work as well together as they do independently. Splitter and Duncan are just so solid on BOTH ends of the court, too.

If MIA ends up pulling this thing out (which I still think they will), the Finals is shaping up to be an epic series.

my favorite development of the playoffs is the combination of the spurs health/level of play ascending as the playoffs progress and the heat actually showing some vulnerability.

just got done watching the heat dismantle the pacers. what a clinic in offensive efficiency and solid D. even with that great performance, i can conceive of the spurs beating the heat in the finals. while i wouldn't put the odds very high in this happening, the odds are much higher than a month ago.

it would be great to see duncan and pop win one more championship to cap off one of the greatest runs in history.

what an anticlimactic game 7 after such an even series.

can't wait for thursday night. interested to see how the spurs start the series after such a long layoff.

My good buddy is a neurosurgeon at the Cleveland clinic and lives right down the road from lebron. Here is a picture of his gate. The gate probably costs more than all our homes put together 🙂

As I'm sure you know, Cuyahoga county has been a buzz since the kings announcement to return to his homeland.

Ha!!! I have no Lebron hate. He wanted a ring and Cleveland wasn't the place he was going to get it. He made a smart choice to go to a team where he would accomplish that goal and He accomplished it. now he is back. I watched lebron play his senior year state championship game years ago. The score was something ridiculous like 120 to 43 or something.

I'm happy Lebron has went 'home' because if he wants to be in the realm of GOAT then he needs a ring there.

I'm a casual fan from other side of the pond so pretty much a layman but follow the Warriors pretty hard, hoping a deal gets worked out for Love that doesn't mean we lose Klay!! 😕

the way they burned his jerseys  (guess i could kind get over the fans being pissed), but that open letter from dan would have been hard to get over.

i give mr. james credit but some of it makes me scratch my head a bit & has me waiting to see what else he has up his sleeve.  i'm actually surprised there hasn't been much talk about his timing to leave. if the heat beat the spurs would he still have made this move?

i'll be watching to see what happens just cause i'm curious

Yep great games so far. Golden State were pretty lucky to get it to OT, Lebron got mauled and should have been fouled at the end of regulation.

Stoked to see Aussie Dellavedova playing so well.

I'm rooting for the Warriors because I'm a Klay Thompson fan, but Delly is making me a believer. I love the way he plays. It's rare to see a NBA player exhibit such passion and effort. If the Cavs win, I will be happy for him and the city of Cleveland.

I still think GS has what it takes to win in 7, though.

Yeh, I don't mind which team gets up either, they both deserve success this year. Being an Aussie, it's hard not to get excited about how Delly has stepped up. Nothing but heart in the way he plays. Kyrie's shoe's are pretty big to fill, but so far he has definitely held his own!

Recognise last night!!  I only saw my first Warriors game in the flesh last year so I guess i'm post-bandwagon Splash era fan but damn, it's been some ride!  If Lebron wins this series then fair play, he is cementing his status… But I gotta have faith in that we are gonna do it in six. (fingers crossed!)
