Aroma is fruity with Belgian yeast and light nuances of vanilla bourbon, nice! The flavor is subtle.

A 13% IPA? That's impressive! How hoppy/bitter was it? I typically stay away from high IBU beers unless they have a strong enough malt to back it up.

I like extremes in beers… So I'm a fan... There's an initial rich sweetness, then a shower of hops... But all in all it's well balanced and beautifuly executed...

I am now in the process of neutralising my taste palet by having large glasses of white wine... I foresee a foggy-brained Monday morning...
