I'm with you @tmg I normally have a pathological dislike of toecaps on work boots, but I would wear this one…...

This is not a build @SaschaVS , Tobias or I dreamt up, but one that Chris from Wesco thought would be interesting to bring with him.  Glad he did…..

Go G go….what is the spec on the heels. It looks about the same height as my White's but shorter than my Wesco's.

I'm pretty sure Giles specced them to be one layer lower than the standard Wesco heel, which would put them very close to the White's standard heel height.  Good eye, by the way.

Giles has the eye…he did it. Wesco heels are quite a bit higher..I think more than one layer...

@khaki8 Depends on the boot, some we left as standard height and some we lost a heel lift.

The brown rough out and the brown smooth out both have 1 lift lower than normal.  These will be the first models we launch and they are a Wesco/Iron Heart collab.  The smooth out/rough out boss boot will be the third.

We have experimented a lot more with some of the other builds, however, they are only one off samples and we will be listening to customer/retailer feedback when we are at BBB.
