I've never found the nipple underneath, it's usually on top. Am I doing something wrong?

and  to the person that asked about washes,  they probably have 25-30 washes, but I do shower washes so keep that in mind, but I usually do see a color shift after every washing, although it could be my mind playing tricks on me too.

14 month update, I've missed at least 2 or 3 updates, life's been hectic to say the least
Anyway here's how they stand as of today with at least 10-12 washes, I have lost count.
