Seul, if you think the imperial stout is fantastic (and it definitely is), just wait until you try the KBS. :o

Anyone tried the cask aged tripel from Rockmill Brewery? I was disappointed; the whiskey cask certainly provides some interesting flavors, but the head was pretty weak from my bottle.

I highly recommend Rockmill's other brews though. The dubbel, tripel, saison and saison super are all very good. The saison super is probably my favorite of their offerings.

I don't like whiskey barrel aged beer normally… I still have some now and then...  But I highly prefer bourbon or port barrel aged brews... I've yet to try malaga and sherry barrel aged beers... On the list though
