I have sampled them, they are indeed good.

Huge surprise[emoji6][emoji6] I really like this. It's different enough from anything available here that I could see forking up the extra upon occasion to enjoy more in the future.

Is that not available up there? Here in St. Louis you can't swing a cat without knocking a bottle of it over.

It is incredible for sure. I can't wait to see how it compares to the Pannepot that Seul is sending me.

That is an unexpectedly solid selection of American breweries.

Yeah: despite no Founder's (it's there but no beers available), no Bell's, no Goose Island,… Still: I'll try a couple of those ales!.. AleSmith Grand Cru for instance!.. And basically anything y'all would recommend me (jdl, Chris, emceeQ,...)!..

I'd say try the Short's stuff.  They are a quintessential Michigan brewery, that I was shocked to see on the list as they don't distribute outside of the state.  I'm personally fond of the sustenance stout, bourbon and regular, and the ginger in the rye.

Jolly Pumpkin is another Michigan based brewery that's doing some interesting stuff.  All their brews are at least somewhat sour and they are well regarded, at least locally.  Don't have any specific recommendations for them, but if you're looking to try something a bit different and are willing to pay the admittedly expensive price for them I'd say give it a go.

Green Flash is the other one that stands out on the list for me.  They're based out if San Diego and are expanding to Virginia Beach.  To me they embody what I would consider the American brewing mentality.  Bold flavors, high IBUs, and high alcohol.  The Hop Head Red and Double Stout are favorites of mine.

Second the Shorts, pretty much their better brews you got there too. Clown Shoes is usually pretty good, haven't had those though. When they fill in some Founder's and Dogfish Head I could certainly add to your knowledge.

xtc, one market around here carries it @6.99 a bottle.

Cigar City is pretty stellar, but to my knowledge they don't distribute outside of Florida so I'm surprised to see it on the list. It'll be pretty funny if I have to trade beers with a Belgian just to get my hands on one of their Marshall Zhukov stouts. Left Hand has some pretty stellar stuff, especially their milk stout. Southern Tier is great, so is Lost Abbey. Three Floyd's has a stellar IPA, but I haven't had anything else from them.

The ones in stock aren't their best offerings, but Jester King is quite good, too.  Arguably the best brewery in Texas, though that's not saying much.

Brash Brewing actually used to be a Texas brewery, but got fed up with the implementation of the three tier system there and left.  Clown Shoes actually makes most of their beer on contract as Brash is a gypsy brewery.  Brash's stuff on the list is all decent too…

As for another gypsy brewery, Three Floyd's does a fair amount of brewing for and with Mikkeller.  Just FYI...
