I would assume this is the identical jacket except for a diff in fabric, and that the diff in size measurements is a function of differences in measuring methods?
That is not a safe assumption. Kiya specs what he wants, I spec what I want. They are not the same jacket. I actually do not (normally) even see the Self Edge samples and if I do, I do not measure them.

doesn't list IH products by their numbers (IHSH-92 example ) ?Cheers

Cool thanks Giles, sorry I meant that they are similar in both being a type 3 and longer, versus being completely identical. I'd be interested to know how they differ but happy to do a bit more homework
As far as the amount of stretch on this, would anyone have a suggestion on weather to go down or up if you're between sizes? Thanks again guys.

most of my IH gear here now.Reckon black coloured garments underneath till it stops bleeding .

Ppants XXXL bloody hell your a tall bloke , that beard alone must give your neck muscles a work out ! I got the XL since the L will be tricky to wear an 86,72 or 70 shirt underneath.

seriously, we got the 18oz to satisfy those into pain.
21 oz which is a soft touch.
SBG which is a middle road
Soon to come the black 21oz denim (which from memory is a soft touch)
So we need to get back to a pair for those of us into pain and high contrast denims . . .Mad logic at it's finest. Oh and the 555 were definitely slimmer in the knee down area in pre ious editions. Top block about the same with the major difference in the rise on the 555 being higher in back & front.

Oh wow…this is so nice. Fit is def slim, not sure if its too slim or not, or if the length is too short. Feels like its riding high on me but perhaps thats a case of the incredible stiffness?
Major thanks/props to Giles and his team for great service and getting it from the UK to Sydney in 3 days.
