Yes I ordered them.  Really don't need more boots, but these were too much to pass up.  I really like the green laces too.

And…... hello new boots, welcome to the family!  These babies are just awesome.

After I ordered them, the guy who was packing them up noticed a slight scratch on the right boot upper outside quarter - so he eMailed me and offered to take $100 off!  Viberg is all Aces in my book - the products and the service.

Now I need to find some green laces - they came with brown flat laces and leather.

Gorgeous buddy. Congrats. If you find a pair of flat waxed olive/army green laces in 40" length, please let me know. Its not an easy find.

Is the sizing similar? Size up, size down etc

Tat, I wear size 12.5 (US) in White's, 13 (US) in Red Wing (they don't make 12.5), 12 (US) in Road Champs (fits well but snug) - and the size 12 (UK) in the Viberg Scout boot (2030 last) fits me perfect.

Mijama I'm on the hunt for good green laces, will let you know and I'm sure you will do the same! Actually in the sunlight these brown laces they provided have a greenish tint…

Guess viberg doesn't take custom orders anymore and doesn't offer to build a size of something they have on their site either as they used to. That really blows, guess I'm behind the times. So much for that.

^What? Really?  I was recently told from someone at Viberg that they will build a boot if it's currently on their site, and they still have the leather available.

Well they used to & going down a full size is effectively the same.

We do not prescribe to a UK sizing system, though the end result of going down a full size is usually correct.
