I hit it with Obenauf's LP out of the gate and then a single coat of their oil several months later. Other than that, just wearing it about every day.

Thanks. I like it too. I kept gingerly putting the knife into, and taking it out of my toolbox, and decided it needed a case. Now I'm not worried about about dulling its blade by putting it haphazardly into the toolbox, or cutting myself fishing it out.
