I think it’s stupid how some animals are viewed as too good or “special” to eat even though others are ok to eat, beat or cut up for almost any reason whatsoever. Let’s be ethical hear, lets end the prohibition of cannibalism.
This guy gets it…

i
Kanye up until about 2010 early 2011, i have no idea who he has become since that time.
i always saw him as an honest artist that did what he wanted to do & believed in his own vision, at this stage in his development i have no idea what he's become. . . he's almost a parody of who he was. as a black dude i loved when he said George Bush didn't care about black people while standing next to Austin Powers wearing a Ralph Lauren shirt. it was like one of those glitches that a bunch of people saw. sh!t was classic & Austin Powers looked like he just sat on mini-me & he couldn't dislodge him. so for that alone i give him a pass for a bunch of sh!t he does that i don't get/agree with.

that's, like your opinion dude

That and being the inspiration for two great South Park episodes…

& he was wearing dior boots, when he was on the phone with Kim K trying to figure out why she isn't a hobbit/troll
gayfish is priceless & almost as good as N_GGER ep with Wheel of Fortune. . . .Vanna White's face

I like Kanye all the way up till his new video. At that point I had to ask myself, what has happened to rap music?…....
He honestly hasn't put out a better album than college dropout. That's usually the case with a lot of rappers in my opinion. Nas, jayz, biggie. All their first albums were the shit. Reasonable doubt being the greatest rap cd of all time, IMO

I'd love to hear a really strong interviewer sit down for an honest interview with Kanye, to hear him reflect on an album like the college dropout lyrically and how it reflects what his life has become now. I think if done well it could be very interesting. I think jian ghomeshi or nardwaur (this wont be happening) could make the best go of it.
I've personally always enjoyed what Kanye has done musically, and along with dilla and doom and Madlib (I know I've left out a couple, apologies) he went a long way towards influencing a lot of modern production style hip hop today. I will always have time for his music, current persona is cringeworthy though. I wasn't even that bothered by the Taylor swift thing, she is an industry pawn and beyonces video was really damn cool.

Stronger is a genuinely good song.

He would probably say it was his greatest writing of all time like the rest of them. Grimy street lyrics that took years and years to write down. After an artist like jayz or kanye produce their first first album, the rest only take a year to make. Lyrics like the songs from reasonable doubt took years to come up with. It's all right there. All their greatest writing is used up on their first album. From there on out its all about the "hip hop fame lifestyle" but before they were famous they were hungry.

I don't get rap music and feel like it wasn't really made for me, I feel the same way about country music. I used to like rap when I was a teenager because it had swearing in it.
