DC4001 - DC4/Iron Heart 21oz Collab

Newer to the forum and looking to make my first IH product purchase. Short of funds so am looking for used. I think these will fit and am wondering what to look for in a used pair of DC4s? As far as any bad issues there could be.

If that's the pair you have set your heart on, ask the seller for a full set of measurements and then measure a pair of your own jeans to compare them to. I'd also ask for another set of photos if it was me, can't really see the fading from those pics…

I did get measurements and they seem right to what fits me. Will try to get more pics.

they look like they have been washed a number of times, not a bad thing but it will limit any high contrast fading.

if possible ask for daylight or outdoor pics, so that you can get an idea of the real color…

The fadeing is the one thing I was unsure about. I have asked for better pics and a description of how faded. I did just ask if they seemed to have been washed a lot.
I asked earlier if they were soft and they said they are still stiff.
Do these jeans still feel stiff after washing a few times?

Stiff, no, thicker than Levi's, yes, and thus could be a bad choice of phrasing

These are still my go-to pair when I'm not wearing one of my IH-701… now a busy father with two kids and pets I've stopped babying my jeans and soaking etc I just wear and wash in the machine like normal but they've held up tremendously. Only one hole in the back pocket where I keep my wallet and the chainstitch on the left leg has come undone in the back so I have big heavy thick threads coming down. Wonder how long these will last me.
