I think these are the last photos i took of my 25's, this was what they looked like at 11 months.
Now they're at 1 year and 6 months today, but they are currently at selfedge getting repaired.
I'll update once i get them back, but for the mean time enjoy these 🙂

This may be a silly question but… why would I buy these if I already have a pair of 21oz indigo and grey 634s? I have my finger poised to click the buy button and wonder if my money would be better spent elsewhere - a different cut or colour, maybe a couple of shirts...

I have no doubt these jeans are awesome but what sets them apart from the 21oz?

The question is wether your other wardrobe is in need of an upgrade or if you really "need" a new pair of jeans. What sets them apart is the weight and stubbornness. And it depends on wether that's what you're looking for or not.

Both pairs of IH I own are less than a year old and only get worn 1-3 days a week so I don't NEED a new pair of jeans. But that doesn't stop me WANTING a new pair. Why? Because….. New jeans!

That said it sounds like, for me, the money will be better spent elsewhere. I do like the look of some of the shirts...

                      Thanks for the reply.

Heavy and stubborn don't really sell them to me, but… Does that mean they will fade slower? I like the way my 634s are evolving but (and this might not be a popular opinion) I'd really like a pair that stayed a lovely deep, dark indigo forever.

The 21 oz fade slower than the 25 oz (in general). Stubborn means, that they are stiff, hard to button up and heavy as fuck.

I have had mine a few weeks now and they have softened up nicely. They are still a bit creaky when I walk, but these are serious jeans. Purchasing them was definitely a good move.

Now I shall hold out hope that the IH-9634 Superblack will be made with buttons again (I don't do zips on jeans) so I can have a great pair of jeans for work!

IH Forum: Need some sizing advice on the 634-XHS.

I have both a size 33 and a 34 and not sure which to keep. The 33 is definitely a bit tough to button but I like the way it looks in the upper block and below the knee. The 34 is spot on in terms of size/comfort but I am concerned that if they stretch, they will be too loose in the waist.

Does the XHS stretch much?? Selfedge says only .5'' others say 1'' in the waist.

Also, if I do one hot soak with the size 34'' will this bring the size down a bit in all dimensions?

                                      I am a size 33 in the 634s and a 34 in BBusters….. Thanks
