Thanks guys! My weight loss/healthy living has really worked out for me. I'm back to do doing the activities I love most skiing, hiking, being outdoors. I am almost 39 but, feel like a teenager again. Glad to have my life back. This forum inspired me and helped give me the strength to save my life. I am wholeheartedly indebted!
