far too many . Will never calculate the dollar value - only leads to the asylum .

Remember when you could swap/ sell cds in , maybe get $4 for one . Get rid of ten
you hate and buy two new ones . Great record shop called Zulu Records in Vancouver ….

Now no one buys cds....far as I know,.

Here in Japan ( well this corner of it , at the bottom ) I can buy a new house for under $200 K .
However  houses here go down in value as they age , so you won't make a profit selling later.
