it would, but the 86 is actually the exact same as the ihsh-70 was/is…so it's a bit brushed on the outside...not as badass as the 31 and its brothers

Same here. But then, I feel like there were only very few, at least you don't see them not often. The MKII seems to have come in larger numbers.
