I picked this up on Friday, as y'all remember, and just realised the two Chimay bleu bottles added to the glorious Grande Réserve 2010 are ALSO 2 years old!.. Date on the back says "2016". Chimay always uses a bottling date + 5 years stamp for the expiry date… So that makes it 2011.. I checked with the new batch of Chimay bleu I received @Work, and yep they state "2018"...

Excellent... I'm trying it tomorrow...
