Unpopular opinions

I'm sure I'd love all my children if I ever met them….
But congratulations Mega and D, y'all are good dudes and deserve all the joys in life, whereas Chris is a real tosser.
Amen to that Mac

I can't be saying nice things about the majority of the Triumvirate in one post, so the Tosser was overlooked!

Parenthood has been the best thing that has ever happened to me. Marriage? That's entirely other story.
can i get an AMEN!!!!

He used to sell them on his own for 150. Then kiya started selling them exclusively and they shot up to 340, you do the math. "Hey roy, ill pay you 170 a pair if I can sell them exclusively." End of story
Mofos got to get that paper!!
Kind of a late pass on this but I see this reasoning all the time.
Roy did this as a hobby; put his product on the internet for 150. It blew up beyond what he expected. He had a huge backlog in orders… pricing would have went up SE or otherwise. Yes, SE does make some money out of the deal.. but it's clear that, with the price increase, Roy has transitioned producing denim as a hobby to producing denim for a living.
I find it hard to hate on a guy's prices for that.

Postimage.org is a piece of shit. Clicking on a hosted image at a bare minimum has to bring up the image, not a generic home page.

Not sure if there is a specific reason for this, such as more support etc.
But people who loop their shoe laces around the shoe before they tie them up is super annoying for me, and most likely an unpopular opinion…(Disclaimer: If there is a valid reason, i take my statement back.)

It's a vintage thing from men working in the country a long way from a general store to buy new laces, hence laces were made super long so if they snapped they maintained enough length to be used on the boots.
These days people do it for a little vintage detail, a nod to the past, choose your poison really.

Though perhaps not shoe laces of the desired quality.

I think it suits some shoes&boots to wrap the laces around before tying them. I do it on my Yuketens and sometimes on my Chucks when I’m too lazy to tie them completely.
Some of my boots are too small in the instep so I have to remove the laces from the upper eyelets and when I’m in a hurry I just wrap the laces around the heel. -
I only do it on my Smokejumpers because the laces are flippin' long. No one sees it though. I wrap them through the pull tab for added (though unneeded) stability.

I wear velcro shoes , so no need to be close to a shoe lace provider . Ha ha

It drives me fuckin crazy that the laces on my Wolverine 1ks are juuuuust too short to wrap them around the boot. I don't really have strong feelings for/against looping laces, but mine just make big floppy bows. I would rather have laces either a few inches shorter or longer. I'm in a no-mans land full of silly-looking shoestrings.
…..maybe this post belongs in rants.

Just tuck them into the collar of your boots. Problem solved
