I'm considering the ranch blouse, as I have been holding out for the lefty trucker for a while desperately I'm need of a denim jacket. My old Levi type III has been on its death bed for the last year so I wear it sparingly. As the himel shows I'm not nice on jackets and the Levi gave a good fight but it is beat and completely misshapen even post wash now…. Plus I'm not a fan of the cone mills used on it.... I may look further into said ranch blouse in the very near future

What sleeve length do you need?  I think Deluxewear's Type 1 had unusually long arms when I was looking at it a while back.

Tat, if the arms fit on both ranch and lefty, I'd probably go lefty. It's such a different denim, and the extra weight (6oz) will help with it being a warm jacket…. Ranch Blouse is more evening wear/early Fall IMO.

Agree it's a great look - I'm sure I'm too big for MF clothes, except I might be able to squeeze in a vest.  And I love vests.  And I love THOSE vests.

Next couple of things coming from MF seem to have a Nigel Cabourn vibe to them, which I find interesting as I see him as a kind of US Cabourn, love em both so will be watching with interest….
