Wandering down Park Lane today, and saw this parked up outside The Dorchester. Yes, it's gold plated. Classy.

Obviously the owner overheard Megatron the other day saying that Veyrons are just too common. 😃

        Ole Miss vs. LSU

        Hotty damn toddy and GTHLSU.

Did you hear them cheering our kids when they got injured?

        Think it, be it.

I was actually in town to see the highlights of the upcoming RED Auction. In particular, I really like this Jaeger LeCoultre Deep Sea Memovox with the red dial.

My favourite piece would have been the one-off Leica that's been designed by Jony Ive, but that wasn't there. (Jesseriola, if you're feeling really flush then that's for you.)

Graeme: although I understand your sentiments, and whilst I'm wondering how much weight that adds (and how much thats slows down the car), I actually think that the Veyron is the only car in the universe that can pull that off…

One of the nice things about gold is that it can be exceptionally thin.  I'd be surprised if that job required more than an ounce or two.  The clear coat on top of it is probably heavier.

And I agree with you; the Veyron is the only car I could imagine that not looking completely horrifying on.  It is bad, just not really bad.

D - Great pics brother, you and Jake always look really happy together.

Graeme - Veyrons are too common, if a small town boy like me has seen three in the last year, forget about it….

Yeah, it was bullshit. No class at all! Our fans would never do that shit.

Largest no kill shelter in the US. 3900 acres if I remember right.

I would have adopted this old guy if our dog at home liked other dogs.

My wife is not a fan of cats, but managed to make a friend.

The scenery wasn't bad as we made our way north again. This is near Bryce Canyon NP.

Some light reading for my nephew. That's all 68 Thomas the Tank Engine books. He lives just across the bay from the Island of Sodor.

This is the memorial to the Tyburn Tree. Somewhere between 40,000 and 60,000 people were hung on this spot over a period of nearly five hundred years. Now it's just a plaque on a traffic island at Marble Arch.
