I apologize, I should have made my point clearly. I totally get how it sounds in hindsight.
Unpopular opinion: leaders in a free society aren't the problem. They are people just like us and are given power by people just like us. The problem is that we suck. They are our reflection: we are the problem. I don't consider that a political statement but if the mods disagree feel free to correct me.

Question for TMT, do you hate cuffs because you can't do it? Same way as I hate ponytails… fucking hippies.
I really dunno, it's just been grinding on my nerves lately, and of course it's all personal preference. I have a few jeans that I can cuff but everytime I try by mid day they are back to stacks. Personally I my jeans to sit with just a slight bit of stack on top of my boot (like I have much option. It either that or the high water look 99% of the time) but it doesn't matter which way you slice it it seems like someone either gripes that stacks are too trendy or cuffs are…so I suppose your screwed either way in the eyes of others. Not that their option matters. More than anything it just popped into my head and I remembered the thread and thought, "where better to post than there?"

I don't agree that Roy is over priced. First, the level of detail on his work is quite high - obsessive even. Second, As a one man shop he is limited to the quantity he can produce, so he has to charge what the market will bear to make a living. Third, his stuff sells FAST. If people are willing to pay you $360 for every pair of jeans you make, with virtually nothing left sitting on the shop floor after a week, why would you charge less?
The good thing is, because there's such hype around his stuff, you can usually get decent deals from people who buy in the frenzy and then realize it's not for them.

Weight correlates to price now ?? More than material sourcing, workmanship and dare I say it….exclusivity?!?! If you voice this opinion on SuFu they will eat you.
