Thanks Rafa.  These are actually the 110 last. I prefer the look of the 2045 I must say, but they were a bit too narrow for me. These seem to fit well.  I've got a post on Styleforum laying out the pros and cons of these, but mostly pros.

that danty, i mean that danite sole i've never been a fan of either, but that's just cause they remind me of either golf shoes or shoes you use to plug holes in your lawn, of course horses for courses or whatever the heck folks say.

Normally I might agree about the shininess of the leather, but I think the natural midsole dresses it down a bit, as do perhaps the brown laces.  and once the shell starts getting worn it will be perfect…

i like your description of the danty…eeeh dainite sole MM
now all my vibergs have got the dainite sole. if i ever cop another pair, i´m def. looking to go with a different sole on them...just for the variety in the shoe closet!

and you´re right, needed some boots for office wear and all that mess...got that covered now!
might need to find a pair of black leather laces to go with them though!

Wow, totally unlined! Those will crease like crazy then, which will be awesome. Also, the cordovan will get much less shiny with wear.
