The Evolution of Iron Heart

When I was in Hachioji with Alex, Haraki san took one look at Alex's severely beaten up IH-1461's and said that they needed a rebuild. We popped Alex into a shiny new pair of IH-634S and left the 1461's behind. They arrived back today. Unfortunately I took no before pix, but here are some after the rebuild:

Wow! I have no concern that if I ever get to a point where I need repair that Haraki-San and Crew will have no problem tackling the issue…

Very nice repairs. That cuff repair is sort of strangely artistic. It almost looks stained or something. Very neat.

Had some folks ask me to post this here also. last weekend, my friend, my girlfriend, and I were embarking on a camping trip. We got in late, and had to go to a wal-mart, (because it was the only thing open), for some food and supplies. So we were putting away our groceries in the parking lot, and this methed-out guy pulls up behind us, and starts making fun of my friends "tight" jeans(iron heart 634s, which aren't even that tight imo!), my friend tells him to fuck off, and get out of here… and long story short, the guy jumps out of the car and punches my friend, after realizing he cant win the fight he started, the guy stabs my friend around 6 times in the side, arm, and back and speeds off.
In the end, my friend is going to be OK, after spending 3 nights in the hospital. But one of the first things he said to me when we visited him in the hospital, jokingly, was," Damn man they cut off my chambray, and my iron hearts, although they could barely get through them with the scissors. haha, what a bummer!" So me and my girlfriend thought it would be cool to collect donations in order to get him a new pair of SExIH07's. We were able to raise $300 in one day from his friends! So, I contacted Kiya from Self-Edge and he hooked us up with the rest, which was beyond amazing!

You think your jeans smell, these things were RIPE! They ended up catching the guy 4 hours later hiding under his bed. He is being charged with 2 counts of agg. assault, 2 counts of terroristic threats, and agg. assault. more info here, It is the second story down from the top. -
LOL, read ur story earlier - as stated before - looking forward to a more modest evo of the 07's..
Lando -nothing besides the initial coat. I usually only oil the patch when new to prevent it from getting finger prints - as long as the leather is soft I don't treat it any further

Thanks Beats. I remember you saying that you coated the patch originally but was unsure if you repeated the process after you wash/ dry. Oh and trash, glad all is okay and that things have worked out for you all! +REP at the other place…

these are my jeans. the recovery is going well. i haven't gotten my new jeans yet, but i'm very excited.
