Just so everyone knows, this fabric is exactly the same construction as that used in the IHSH-70, all that differs is the pattern.  Having said that, fabric is like wine, each production run can differ for a multitude of reasons, but any variations are likely to be tiny.

I gathered from the pictures, and can't recall if this has been confirmed, that this shirt differs from the IHSH-70 in that it is double-brushed on the inside and only lightly brushed on the outside.  Or am I wrong?

Dunno where that rumour came from (possibly me I guess, but I certainly don't recall ).  This fabric is the same as last years.  Single brushed on face, unbrushed on reverse

Did you measure one? Same measurements like the IHSH-70? I am on the road for the next hours, hopefully I´ll get one when I arrive in Leipzig…

They are being measured as I type.  Sizing will go up just as soon as we have it done.  For reference, I am probably between an L and an XL in these.
