Are measurements expected to be the same as the previous herringbone flannel?

Expected to be the same as IHSH-70, but nothing is for def until we pull out the tape measure and do the business…..

Given that this is the same fabric as the previous herringbone, can someone comment on how heavy "heavy" is? Barring summer, can it be worn in Spring/Autumn temps? (New Yorker here)
