    @JCar2666:

    ETA's are midway thru the thread fellas

    Yup, I did see that. Seeing as how it is the second to last day of Sept, I figured it was a fair question.  😉

      Well I thought I would help G out on this one.  If you've been around this forum enough, you know G tells us everything as soon as he knows.  He's good like that

        Yup. Haraki ships when he's satisfied with the product.  Then he tells Giles.  Then Giles tells us.

        It will happen when it happens…

            The first run of 666s-19L will be complete and through QC early this week and the 634s-19L late this week.  There are not enough jeans in the first run to satisfy demand, but Haraki is being kind enough to let me have them all, I have still got to work out how I distribute them fairly between me and my retailers.  The second run is underway and will be a few weeks later.  At this moment in time, I have no idea how may I will take personally.

                      Where the fuck have you been?  How many times do you ask the same question bro?  The 19oz LHT has been Unsanforized since its inception.

                          UNsanforised and one-washed…..

                          I mistyped my previous post and deleted a couple that had been posted after I spread doubt and confusion.

                          So UNsanforised and one washed.

                          Final answer….

                            Exactly.  I'm doing the breast stroke in the lake right now with a shit eating grin on my face.

                              How does this work exactly?  Unsanforized but one-washed means there's shrinkage left in them and needs to be soaked?  Why bother with the one-wash?

                                In Haraki's words:

                                By the way, this RAW denim was supposed to release as unwashed, but it was really hard to adjust the size to the target size. so I had to do one wash. It looks very RAW. Instead, the size is under control.

                                    From my understanding (and I may be wrong as I had to use Google translate) the Japanese word Kibata is used to describe loomstate denim which has undergone no post processing other than a water wash to manage the sizing.

                                    In other words in has not been chemically treated in any way.

                                    Made in England, clothed in Japan, fed in America and drunk in Belgium !

                                        So loomstate one washed is still Kibata, I like that a lot.
